About First Richmond Associates

First Richmond Associates started like many other companies – with a dream. This is a dream that so many hard working middle class families share: the right to affordable housing in the greater Richmond metro area. Hard working folks like our teachers, firefighters, police officers and single parents that wanted a home to raise their families. Today this dream is a reality thanks to First Richmond Associates, and they have been working since 1993 to meet the demand for quality homes at fair prices.

But First Richmond Associates didn’t stop there. Building a quality home at a fair price was just the beginning. Focusing next on earth friendly building practices ensures that First Richmond Associates is not only aware of the global footprint when it comes to building a home, but for the years to come while living in your new home. We strive to offer a home that is an outstanding value as well as being energy efficient. This saves you money and helps preserve our resources for tomorrow. Susan and John are proud to be Certified Green Professionals™ (CGP) from the National Association of Home Builders and are also certified for EarthCraft, but even prouder of the quality homes we build for working Richmond families day in and day out.
