Seasonal Maintenance for Your New Home

We are so pleased that you have chosen First Richmond Associates to build your beautiful new home. In order to protect your investment and to keep your home looking and operating correctly, there are seasonal maintenance items you are required to perform to maintain your home.

Help From Microsoft

Microsoft offers a Home Maintenance Schedule. This is an Excel file that allows you to easily keep track of suggested home maintenance, and when it was last performed on your home, and allows you to customize the schedule to your particular needs. With continued home maintenance, your home will continue to give your family years of pleasure.
